Pokemon: Yellow Version (1998 – Game Boy Color)

Pokémon Yellow Version is a role-playing video game. The player assumes the role of a young trainer who sets out on a journey to become the best Pokémon trainer in the world. Along the way, the player must catch and train Pokémon, battle other trainers, and defeat the Elite Four, a group of powerful trainers who serve as the game’s main antagonists.

One of the key features of Pokemon Yellow Version is the ability to play as a virtual version of the popular anime character Ash Ketchum, the protagonist of the Pokemon anime series. In this version of the game, the player’s Pikachu follows the player around on the screen, just like in the anime.
